NodeGPS Terms of Service

NodeGPS is a GPS platform for NodeCero retail devices and supported customer-owned devices.

You are responsible for lawful use and, for BYOG devices, compatible hardware, SIM service, data, installation, and configuration. GPS and cellular coverage can be delayed or unavailable. NodeGPS does not guarantee theft recovery.

The BYOG trial begins after a verified first connection. Paid service periods and renewals follow the entitlement shown at checkout. Retail hardware entitlements remain separate.

Do not use NodeGPS unlawfully, to violate another person’s rights, or to track someone without proper authority. Service may be restricted for abuse, security risk, or expired BYOG entitlement.
