NodeGPS processes information needed to provide GPS tracking, account access, support, and BYOG billing.

Account and contact details; GPS device location and history; device and technical identifiers; authentication/session tokens; optional phone location when permission is granted; support information; and BYOG payment records.

Operational data is retained while the service is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, disputes, legal, accounting, and audit obligations.

NodeCero operates the customer and billing services and uses its Traccar infrastructure to provide tracking. Infrastructure providers may process data where their systems are hosted.

You can request access, correction, or account deletion review through NodeGPS support. Some financial, security, and audit records may need to be retained or anonymized.
